Some people have reported issues with SOT sending them to debt collection after getting a refund on their credit card. This has then caused issues with their credit history being negatively impacted. I believe that SOT should not be allowed to affect your credit rating given SOT has no grounds to instruct debt collection against you. Can anyone offer advice on how to avoid this situation?
